Studio 99 is located at 115 Main Street, Third Floor, Nashua. We use the rear entrance (off of Mechanic Street and the Water Street parking lot), which features a passenger elevator. Please check out our Map/GPS page, as well.

• From the Route 101A/Route 3 junction, go east on 101A until you come to Main Street.  At the intersection, you'll see The First Church slightly off to your left and the Hunt Building slightly off to your right.
• Take a right onto Main Street southbound. Go through a light with Franklin Street on your right and Dunkin Donuts on your left, then cross the bridge over the Nashua River.
• After crossing the bridge, take your first right onto Water Street (Darrell's Music Hall and T Shirt Bodega are on that corner.)  
• You'll pass The Seedling Cafe on your left.  After a short distance, The Parc de Notre Renaissance Francais (pictured) and the river will be on your right.  Mechanic Street will be on your left (but don't turn onto it; it runs one-way against you!)
• Take the next left into the Water Street parking lot just before the Water Street ramp starts to climb towards Clocktower Place.
• Facing the back of the block of Main Street buildings, look to the left of the Nashua Garden, Castro's Back Room and One World Trading Company to find the rear entrance of 115 Main Street, which features a blue / white sign: "CIA / Corriveau Insurance Agency".
• Once you're in the foyer, take the stairs or the elevator to the third floor.
