Fundraiser for City Arts Nashua at Studio 99, July 30!

Friends and supporters of the arts in Nashua are invited to enjoy an evening of great jazz, hors d’oeuvres, wine and chocolate, and to participate in a silent auction.

Music will be provided by the Geyer/Feld Duo, featuring jazz pianist and composer Ben Geyer, a Nashua native. The auction will feature artworks and services donated by local merchants and artists from the community. Proceeds from the event will directly support this year’s ARTWALK being held on October 2nd and 3rd, 2010.

“We wanted to create an event that will be an entertaining summer evening out. CAN is reaching out to Nashua to help support the largest arts event held in the city. In an era of tight resources, we thought this event would be the most creative way to raise the revenue we need for ARTWALK."

-  Marjorie Hogan, CAN President

from the Geyer/Feld Duo's performance at Studio 99, Fall 2009

The goal of DOWNTOWN NIGHTS, UPTOWN JAZZ event is to raise funds, entertain CAN supporters and promote local arts. Bonnie Guercio, CAN board member and co-chair of the 2010 Artwalk, said “This year we are planning an expanded program for the Artwalk and this fundraising event is key to our success.”

Ticket Information:

All seats are General Admission and are available via online purchase here.

Tickets may be picked up starting 1/2 hour prior to the performance.
