Randy Roos - guitar ~ Al Hospers - bass

Jim Alba - guitar ~ Jared Steer - drums

Al Hospers Al graduated from the University of Miami in Jazz Performance and has played with such legends as Bruce Hornsby, Buddy Rich, and Blood, Sweat and Tears. In 1996 he founded Dr. T's Music Software, a MIDI music software company in Boston, where he met Randy. Al is also a well-known mountaineering guide in the White Mountains and runs the popular climbing site at www.neclimbs.com.

Randy Roos Randy has had quite a diverse musical career. Fans of the PBS series Scientific American Frontiers hosted by Alan Alda for the past 15 years or so will recognize Randy’s name from the music credits of that series. He has also scored for Nova. He teaches at Boston's Berklee College of Music, and is the owner of Squam Sound Recording Studio in Ashland, NH. An accomplished leader of his own groups (recorded on EMI/Narada, JVD, Spoonfed, and Pony Canyon labels) he is a past member of cult favorite Orchestra Luna, and now gigs with Club d’Elf as well as In House.

Jimmy Alba Jimmy's career began in Boston playing for original bands The Orbits and The Koodoo Band. His bands have performed with Greg Allman, Brian Adams, The Tubes, Joan Jett at venues such as The Channel, The Paradise, and The Hampton Beach Casino. He currently teaches guitar at Plymouth University and Holderness Prep school. He brings a line of complementary expressions to the mix that work their way in and out of dynamic fluxuations.

Jared Steer Jared lives in New Hampton, NH; just down the road from Randy & Jim. He brings a funky flavor and sensibility into this eclectic musical environment, and his interaction with Al makes for some entertaining rhythmic moments. Jared's energy and taste makes him an valued member of In House and on top of that he's a great guy to hang with...
